  • To control the firm’s payroll clients 
  • Accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls on Iris
  • Correspondence with clients to advise due dates and payments
  • Preparation of year end returns and submission to HMRC
  • Keen knowledge of Tax/NI rates and tables
  • Resolution of all queries arising, internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Maintenance of internal records, systems and control sheets
  • Use of BACS system for payments as required
  • Preparation of P11Ds and Personal Tax returns, desirable
